It's a boy! I made this baby cake for a dear friend of mine. I love the little duck on top. I think he tops it all off with joy. You can't see it in this photo but one of my favorite parts was the little "onsie" ribbon that tied the bibs closed. It's super cute ribbon that had multi-colored "onsies" all along it. Too cute! Baby Cakes are so easy to make. For those who have never considered one, I think they add a nice touch of decoration to any shower. I've also seen people play games with it like "Guess the number of diapers in this cake". I love the fact that it's practical and everything in it is useable. Cake made July 2010 |

What a wonderful gift and a great idea! We love the cake! It's currently being used as a "centerpiece" in our living room! Milo agrees...he loves the duck at the top too...has tried to play with it a few times now. : )
