I've become a fan of the food truck. They're a huge fad right now, bringing a new name to "fast food". It fascinates me because it's usually a blend of ethnic foods, often fused together. Consider Korean tacos, Indian burritos, gourmet ice cream, a truck just for different kinds of empanadas, etc. Crowds of people usually gather for picnics around these food truck events bring communitie together.
I heart food trucks!
So far, I've only been to two events that had food trucks. The first was a Father's Day helicopter/food truck/beer fest event. The second was actually a food truck event in San Mateo where they had about 25 food trucks lined up. YUM!
